Welcome to Vedic Taila Oil Mill. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of vedictaila.com (the "Website") and to all purchases made on it. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Vedic Taila Oil Mill, Chandapura–Anekal Road, Suryanagar Phase I, Chandapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560099, India. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate name, contact, address and payment details, and you are responsible for keeping your account login secure.
2. Products
We sell wood cold-pressed oils and related natural food and personal-care products. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colour, aroma and appearance of natural products can vary slightly between batches. Product details, availability and pack sizes may change without notice.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Razorpay) by UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or wallet, and Cash on Delivery where offered. We do not store your card details.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once we confirm the order). We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud; any amount paid is then refunded in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Product use
Our oils are natural products. Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Information on the Website is general and is not medical advice; if you have allergies or a medical condition, please consult a doctor before use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Vedic Taila name, logo, text and images, belongs to Vedic Taila Oil Mill and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
