Refund policy
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email vedictaila@gmail.com or call +91 79753 56609 with your order number.
- Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or once they have been dispatched.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address; in that case you receive a full refund.
Returns and replacements
Because our oils and food products are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or returns for change of mind.
We will replace the product or give a full refund if your order arrives:
- damaged or leaking,
- with the wrong product or quantity, or
- with items missing.
To claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vedictaila@gmail.com or +91 79753 56609 with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Refunds
- Once your cancellation or claim is approved, the refund is initiated within 2 working days.
- Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) and usually reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the order was cancelled by us, or the product was damaged, leaking or incorrect.
