Shipping policy
Vedic Taila Oil Mill ships cold-pressed oils and natural products across India from our mill in Chandapura, Bengaluru.
1. Free local delivery in Bengaluru
- Delivery is free on orders above ₹200 to the Bengaluru PIN codes we serve directly from our Chandapura mill.
- Local orders are delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed during the week are delivered on the coming weekend.
- If your PIN code is eligible, the free local delivery option appears automatically at checkout.
2. Courier delivery – rest of India
For all other addresses (and for Bengaluru customers who choose courier delivery), shipping is charged by the total weight of the order:
- 0.2 kg – 1.5 kg: ₹80
- 1.5 kg – 3.5 kg: ₹150
- 3.5 kg – 5.5 kg: ₹230
- Orders of ₹3,000 or more ship free anywhere in India.
The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. For bulk orders above 5.5 kg, please contact us for a delivery quote.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
- Courier orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
- Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. Remote locations may take longer.
- Tracking details are shared by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery issues
Please check your package on delivery. If it is damaged, leaking or incorrect, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us within 7 days with photos.
